How do i get to SBS Resort?
You can get to SBS Resort by taking Batamfast ferry from Harbourfront Ferry Terminal Singapore to Batam Center Ferry Terminal with only 60 minutes ride. Once you arrive at Batam Center Ferry Terminal, you can take a taxi to reach the resort which take another 60 minutes transfer. If you book your SBS Resort Package with us, 2 ways ferry tickets and land transfer to and from Batam Center Ferry Terminal will be included for you.
What is the check-in and check-out time at SBS Resort?
The standard check in time is 2 PM and check out time is 12 PM Batam Time. You may request for early check in or late check out upon check in, however it will be subject to availability. The resort also offers luggage storage to guests for before check-in and after check-out.
Can i use Singapore Dollars at SBS Resort?
