90 Minutes Before departure time: Assemble at Harbourfront Centre, Collect your boarding pass based on confirmation ferry operator and embark on high-speed air-conditioned ferry to Batam. Ferry will be 0810 from Harbourfront to Batam Center Terminal, return ferry at 1925 pm local time.

Upon arrive at Batam Center International Ferry Terminal and after immigration and custom clearance, you will be greeted by our experienced and friendly Local Guide (Red Color Uniform) and escorted to awaiting air-conditioned bus and start our One Day Batam City & Shopping Tour, en route you will be visit:
- Deer Park (Please be advised that this activity is weather-dependent. In the event of rain, the Deer Park tour will be forfeited.)

Where does Batam 1 day tour started?
Our Batam one day tour package has included ferry ticket where you will collect your boarding pass at HarbourFront ferry terminal Singapore on your own and board the fast ferry to Sekupang Ferry Terminal. Our Batam guide will meet you inside the terminal building upon your arrival after you clear immigration and customs.
Can you pick me up from Batam hotel or Batam resort?
Yes, We can pick you up from Batam hotel and Batam resort with some transportation surcharge applied.
When is the day tour started?
The Batam day tour normally starts at 08.45 AM - 09.00 AM local time for off-peak season. While for peak seasons normally will start at 09.30 AM local time due to long queue at Batam immigration.
How long is the entire Batam day trip?
The entire Batam day trip will take approximately 8 - 9 hours.
Can you arrange a private 1 day Batam tour?
Yes, We can pick you up from Batam city hotel for Free and Batam resort with additional cost of S$5/person/way.
Do i have to pay for anything on the tour?
All sight-seeing entrance fees, lunch and transportation during the tour are included. You just need to pay for the package inclusions such as Singapore Seaport Taxes & Fuel Surcharge S$22/person payable upon collection of boarding pass at Batam Fast ferry counter, Harbourfront Centre and Batam Terminal Fee of Rp 65,000 or $7/person, Tour guide tipping S$2/person and Other personal expenses like travel insurance, optional tours, porterage fee, and Visa fee.
Are children allowed on the tour?
Yes children (below 12 years old) and infants (below 3 years old) are allowed in the tour. Please see our children and infant rates at the price table.
Can you arrange Vegetarian meals and Halal meals?
For Vegetarian guests, we will arrange a simple vegetarian meal, while for our Muslim guests, we can arrange Halal meal at Saung Sunda Sawargi Restaurant.
