DAY 01

06:40 am Assemble at Harbourfront Centre, Collect your boarding pass latest 90 Minutes Before departure time
08:10 am Embark on the high speed air conditioned ferry.
Ferry will be 0810 from Harbourfront to Batam Center Terminal.

08.10 am Upon arrive at Batam Center International Ferry Terminal and after immigration and custom clearance, you will be greeted by our experienced and friendly Local Guide (Red Color Uniform) and escorted to awaiting air-conditioned bus and start our One Day Batam City & Shopping Tour, en route you will be visit:

- Gold Coast Batam
- Elite Adventure & Sea Sport : A place for you to experience your favourite water sport activities in Batam like Jet ski, Parasailing, Canoe, Banana Boat, ATV with own expenses

How do i get to KTM Resort?
You can get to KTM by taking Batamfast ferry from Harbourfront Ferry Terminal Singapore to Sekupang Ferry Terminal with only 45 minutes ride. Once you arrive at Sekupang Ferry Terminal, you can take a taxi to reach the resort which take around 5 minutes transfer. If you book your KTM Resort Package with us, 2 ways ferry tickets and land transfer to and from Batam Center Ferry Terminal will be included for you.
What is the check-in and check-out time at KTM Resort?
The standard check in time is 2 PM and check out time is 12 PM Batam Time. You may request for early check in or late check out upon check in, however it will be subject to availability. The resort also offers luggage storage to guests for before check-in and after check-out.
Can i use Singapore Dollars at KTM Resort?
